24 HOUR READATHON MINI REVIEW

Wednesday 26 July 2017

As some of you may know, a few weeks ago I completed my first ever 24 hour readathon! I was so excited to take part in this readathon with some of my best bookstagram friends (I will leave their page links down below) as sometimes I feel I don't prioritize reading as much as I would like.

I managed to read 2 books in 24 hours, 611 pages, with only 5 hours sleep. I had such a good time completing the readathon and I want to try and do this once a month if I can. I will be posting a vlog of my adventure to my booktube soon.

Synopsis:When BFFs Charlie, Taylor and Jamie go to SupaCon, they know it's going to be a blast. What they don't expect is for it to change their lives forever.

Charlie likes to stand out. SupaCon is her chance to show fans she's over her public breakup with co-star, Reese Ryan. When Alyssa Hunting arrives as a surprise guest, its seems Charlie's long-time crush on her isn't as one-side as she thought.

While Charlie dodges questions about her personal life, Taylor starts asking questions about her own.

Taylor likes to blend in. Her brain is wired differently, making her fear change. And there's one thing in her life she knows will never change: her friendship with Jaime- no matter how much she may secretly want it to. But when she hears about the Queen Firestone SupaFan Contest, she starts to rethink her rules on playing it safe.

MY IMMEDIATE TBR

Thursday 13 July 2017

JULY 2017

I thought it would be fun to share what I plan to read in the immediate future. Like most bookworms, my to be read (TBR) is ridiculously long and takes up a large chunk of my bookshelves; for this reason I have an 'immediate TBR' to create a clear path through all the books.

BLOG NEWBIE TAG

Monday 10 July 2017

1. Why did you start this blog?

I started this blog to discuss and share my love for books; I also thought this would be a great talk about the books I love in a more coherent way. I also have a Booktube where I post all my bookish thoughts, but sometimes that consists of me hardcore fangirling/rambling, so I am excited to talk more in depth about the books I love on my blog.

2. What are some fun and unique things you can bring to blogging?

I'm not sure! Maybe I'll try and create my own tag or try and mesh all my book forums into one and see how that goes haha.
